Really Shocking Service. phoned to check stock, they say it's available, will be delivered in 1-3 days. Placed the order. Over a week later, 6 follow up emails, 4 phone calls, and no response. Don't buy from these guys, they have no systems or procedures, and no idea at all about customer service.
Still the best price in town, so if you save 10% then who cares too much about not getting comms right on time.
Ordered something and then they start passing the buck and come up with dumbest lies I've ever heard. All the other reviews were done by the owner most probably take a look at their facebook page the owner is Wyand van Niekerk check his review on his own page, quite pathetic if you need to review yourself.
hopeless I'm not sure who wrote the other reviews but they were not dealing with the same company I was . They gave the wrong information on the site sent meaning less emails, never ever returned any of my calls. I wasted over a week with this company, I wouldn't trust them, use them at your own risk!
