Co-clustering

Briefly presenting different methods from well established to more recent, Co-Clustering considers a number of different approaches and addresses the difficulty of these classical methods to tackle the high dimensionality, the sparsity, and the scalability that leads to co-clustering. In this text for scientists, researchers, and industrial engineers, co-clustering or biclustering is presented as simultaneous clustering, as a model-based co-clustering, as an approximation of matrix, and as the research of coherent co-clusters in biological terms or the extraction of co-clusters under conditions.
