Founded in 2010 in Somerset West, Triggerfish Brewing is one of the pioneers of South African craft beer and the second-oldest craft brewery in the greater Cape Town area. Nestled in the heart of wine country, they launched a pioneering Sour Beer Programme in 2013, using aged wine barrels to create distinctive, character-driven brews. Stonefish is a rich, full-bodied American Barleywine brewed for slow sipping and cold winter days. Deep and aromatic, it opens with a comforting sweetness that draws you in before delivering a bold hoppy punch on the finish.
