Founded in 2010 in Somerset West, Triggerfish Brewing is one of the pioneers of South African craft beer and the second-oldest craft brewery in the greater Cape Town area. Brewing in small, meticulous batches, they focus on mastering complex classic styles while boldly exploring innovative hybrids. Picasso is a refreshing light beer with a hint of spicy hop and a lingering bitter finish. Named after the Picasso Triggerfish its slightly off the wall as a lager style brewed with Triggerfish hybridised Trigger Happy Yeast this beer ferments out completely and surprises committed pilsner drinkers.
