Babylonstoren'swinemakers have aged each component in oak barrels to produce a soft mouth-feel and juicy, lingering finish that will leave you wanting more.
It opens with ripe dark berries, glossy cherries and a hint of plum, followed by whispers of spice, cocoa and a little tobacco from its time in French oak. The palate is full and juicy, with smooth, polished tannins that make it rich yet effortlessly drinkable. Every sip ends with a long, warm finish that lingers in the best way.
