Tasting Notes: Nose: Red and dark cherry aromas dominate, layered with delicate hibiscus florals and violet petalsunderscored by a fine hint of spice and gentle meatiness . Palate: Medium-bodied with energising freshness, showcasing tart raspberry, plum skin, and subtly dry white pepper. A graceful structure with polished tannins and lingering savoury nuance.
Finish: Crisp and persistentmarked by tart cherry, a touch of cocoa, and a whisper of fynbos herbs, leaving a clean mouth-watering impression.
