In Slow Cook mode, accurate digital control maintains a range of temperatures from 85 - 195F in 5 degree increments up to just below boiling - the perfect temperature for slow cooking.

Traditional slow cookers lack temperature control. In either Low or High setting they eventually heat to the boiling point, often overcooking food.
