It is an authors wine, stepping outside the official appellations, the fruit of the free-thinking of a wine artisan. *toile is an invitation to discover the essence of the Domaines Ott identity through three unique characteristics: the salinity of Clos Mireille, the smooth elegance of Ch*teau de Selle, and the depth of Ch*teau Romassan.

Bespoke ageing in stainless steel vats and spherical ceramic containers brings out the fresh, crisp fruit with a slightly saline character. This is an exceptional ros*, built for the future and the perfect partner for the best of todays gastronomy. Very bright and radiant appearance with a peachyhue and delicate pearly highlights.The first nose reveals a fine minerality, then opensup with white peach and citrus fruit fragrances.Hints of tarragon bring a touch of freshness to thewhole.The exceptionally silky entry to the palate lendsthe wine a distinctive texture, building energyand complexity and revealing an elegant blend ofpomelo, strawberry and sweet lemon.The spicy finish on this first class ros* shows itsgreat potential for cellar-ageing.
