McConnells Sherry Cask Finish brings layers of dried fruit, honey, and warming spice a silky, fruit-forward Irish whiskey with a sherried backbone. Paired with the Milk & Crumbs Slab from Short & Sweet, you get an indulgent interplay of comforting flavours. The slab's biscuity crunch and creamy milk chocolate mirror the whiskeys dessert-like notes, enhancing the richness while adding texture.

Its like dunking a butter biscuit into a spiced fruit compote.Inspired by the historical McConnell's blend founded in Belfast, Ireland in 1776, McConnells Sherry Cask is a blend of Irish malt and grain whiskeys. Matured for 5 years, first in handpicked 1st-fill American oak ex-bourbon barrels before being finished in ex-Oloroso sherry casks for approximately 6 months.

Nose:Dried figs and currants followed by Christmas spices such as nutmeg and cinnamon, dark chocolate, and a hint of fresh leather. Palate:Demerara sugar, dark ripe cherries and black raspberry followed by bitter dark chocolate shavings and rich red apples. Finish:Lingering oak notes, with a hint of leather and subtle clove spice.
