Biogen Cytogen Race Mix Cherry 800g is a high-performance energy drink formulated to provide sustained energy for endurance athletes. It uses a blend of carbohydrates with varying release rates Isomaltulose, agglomerated maltodextrin, dextrose monohydrate and corn syrup solids to meet both immediate and sustained energy needs during prolonged exercise.

In addition to these energy sources, it includes electrolytes, phosphates, and amino acids to replenish what's lost during exercise and aid recovery. To prepare an isotonic solution, mix approximately one slightly rounded scoop (50g) with 500ml of water and shake well. For a hypotonic solution (suitable for the early stages of a race), use 750ml of water per scoop.

For endurance activities, consume 150-200ml every 15-20 minutes during training and events. Begin drinking 30-60 minutes before events, taking 2-3 sips every 10-15 minutes.
