Edelspatz Noble Late Harvest - Single

The wine is from a single vineyard and has been aged for up to 30 years. It has a classic botrytis nose and is complimented with honey suckle, dried peaches and marmalade. The wine has a perfect balance between sugar and acid, layered with bright fruit and orange blossom.

Classic Botrytis character on the nose, with aromas of orange blossom, kumquat, grapefruit jam, honeybush tea and undertones of spice.

Rich and full entry on the palate, with a pinpoint sugar-acid balance to support the fruit.
