Epsom salt is known to soothe sore muscles and aches, while the essential oils help calm and refresh your senses.To soak away sore muscles, pour at least 500ml of Dr Teal's Epsom salt into warm running bath water.

Soak for 20 minutes to allow the minerals to absorb into your skin and relieve muscle soreness.For exfoliation, mix a handful of Dr Teal's Epsom salt with your favourite body wash. Gently massage the mixture onto your skin to remove dry patches and reveal healthier-looking skin.To relieve sprains and stings, add 250ml of Dr Teal's Epsom salt to 1 litre of warm water.

Soak a washcloth in the solution, wring out excess water, and apply the warm washcloth to the affected area until it cools. Repeat two or three times to reduce pain and swelling.
