Life went on as we struggled through our final quarter, but as all things, both good and bad must eventually come to an end. Jeremy Gates is a young man excited about entering his freshman year of college and with high hopes for his future. He decides to enroll in a freshman honors course, thinking that it will save time and allow him to finish school sooner.

But what he does not know is that the path before him will be far more difficult than he ever imagined. As Jeremy meets new people, including his whimsical roommate Steve, and finds romance with his college sweetheart, Megan, he learns firsthand that life does not always go as planned.
